Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy – LK Mama Nutrition Ltd

LK Mama Nutrition Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This Refund Policy sets out your statutory rights and our procedures for refunds, returns, and cancellations for supplements, coaching services, and digital content.

1. Physical Products (Supplements)

1.1 Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

You may cancel your purchase of physical goods within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition.

  • Hygiene seals, packaging, and protective films must be intact.

Opened supplements cannot be returned for health, hygiene, and safety reasons.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

1.3 Refunds for Physical Goods

Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected.
Refunds may be refused if items are:

  • opened,

  • damaged,

  • used, or

  • not in resaleable condition.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

1.4 Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us promptly.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

2. Coaching Services

2.1 Cooling-Off Period

A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of purchase.

By accessing coaching content, attending sessions, or downloading materials within this period, you acknowledge that the service has begun and therefore waive your right to a full refund in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2.2 Non-Refundable Elements

Coaching fees are non-refundable once:

  • a session has been attended,

  • digital coaching materials have been accessed, or

  • personalised or bespoke work (plans, protocols) has begun.

3. Digital Content (Courses, Modules, Videos, Downloads)

3.1 No Right to Cancel After Access Begins

Digital content is non-refundable once:

  • access is granted,

  • download links are provided, or

  • streaming begins,

provided you consented to immediate access at checkout, which our system requires.

If you have not accessed any digital content and are within the 14-day cooling-off period, you may request cancellation.

3.2 Technical Issues

If digital content is faulty or inaccessible due to our systems, we will:

  • restore access,

  • provide an alternative, or

  • issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

We are not responsible for issues related to your device, software, or connectivity.

4. Subscriptions (Where Applicable)

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.
Payments already taken for a billing cycle are non-refundable unless legally required.

5. Exclusions

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • opened supplements,

  • digital content already accessed,

  • coaching sessions already attended,

  • personalised work already started,

  • change of mind after the 14-day statutory period,

  • outcomes not being achieved (e.g., fertility changes, weight changes, symptom relief).

6. How to Request a Refund or Return

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Details of your request

  • Photos (if reporting damage or faults)

6.1 Returns Form Requirement

A returns form is included with every order.
This completed form must be included inside your return package to ensure we can process your return.
Returns without a completed form may be delayed.

6.3 Responsibility for Return Postage & Tracking

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for:

  • return postage costs, and

  • ensuring the parcel arrives safely.

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping.
We cannot be held responsible for missing, lost, or unreceived parcels returned without tracking.
Refunds cannot be issued for returns that do not reach us.

We aim to respond to return requests within 5 working days.

7. Our Legal Obligations
