We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

2. Nature of Services
Coaching and courses are for educational and lifestyle support purposes only. We are not a medical organisation and do not provide diagnosis or treatment.
Supplements are regulated as food supplements under the Food Supplements Regulations 2003 (as amended in the UK). They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Eligibility
Purchasers must be 18 years or older. By purchasing, you confirm eligibility under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. Orders & Payments
All prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at checkout unless a payment plan is offered.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:
-
refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, inaccuracies, stock errors, or regulatory concerns;
-
limit quantities per customer, household, or order;
-
notify you if your order is cancelled or adjusted.

If an error occurs in pricing, product description, or availability, we reserve the right to correct it and either cancel the order or give you the option to proceed at the corrected price.

These requirements comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Electronic Commerce Regulations 2002.

Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information
While we strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that descriptions, content, or information provided via our Services are complete, current, or error-free. Information may be updated periodically and we are under no obligation to update historical or informational content unless required by law. Any reliance on website information is at your own discretion.

5. Coaching Services
a) Delivery & Access
Coaching is delivered online via video calls, recorded modules, or live sessions. Access to digital content is provided for the period stated at purchase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or digital services.

b) Technical Requirements (Digital Content)
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device, internet connection, and software meet the minimum requirements to access our digital Services. We are not liable for failure to access content caused by incompatible devices or connectivity issues.

c) Cancellations & Refunds (Services)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14‑day cooling‑off period from purchase. If you access course materials or attend a session within this period, you acknowledge that the service has begun and you waive your right to a full refund.

Personalised or bespoke elements (e.g., customised protocols, tailored nutrition plans) are not eligible for cancellation or refund once work has begun.
After the 14‑day period, fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.

d) Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to coaching or digital content if you violate these Terms, behave abusively in group environments, share copyrighted materials, or misuse the Services. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Supplement Sales
a) Delivery
UK orders are typically processed and sent within 5 working days. International orders may face customs duties, restrictions, or delays outside our control.
b) Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may return goods within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in resaleable condition. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned goods. Please see our Refund Policy page.

We reserve the right to:
-
modify supplement formulas;
-
discontinue products at any time;
